I had an appointment. I made the appointment two days prior. Never showed up. Never called.

My elderly Mom called me in a panic because her furnace was blowing cold air instead of hot. I called the guys at Horizon Heating on the recommendation of my neighbor. (who had them do some work last year) When the repair guy got to my Mom's, he discovered that the only problem was that the door was loose. He fixed the door and checked everything out to make sure it was safe for my Mom. He was very honest and refused to accept the normal fee they charge to come out because it was just a quick fix. I will gladly refer them to my family and friends. Top Notch!

My neighbors had Horizon install a new heating and air conditioning system on their home last year & they did a very clean job. So when my Mom's furnace broke down recently, I told her to give them a call.



When their repair guy got to her house, he figured out that her furnace wasn't really broken- the door on it was just loose.

He put the doors on tight and made sure everything was safe for her at no charge. I was blown away with the honesty and integrity they showed to my elderly mother.
