Davis Dance Academy

The owner of this dance studio is the most kind, loving and genuine individual I’ve met. She listens with true intent to each parent and dancer with any concern they have. She puts each dancer into her heart the minute they walk into her studio. Each dancer at Davis Dance Academy KNOWS they are loved by her.
I happen to know for a fact the countless hours of sleepless nights she spends praying and thinking of her students. To know this owner is to love her. No one is perfect but there isn’t a better environment for your child young or old to dance then Davis Dance Academy.
Her recitals are superb and family oriented, she always gets a great turn out from all the families. I have a senior daughter that has danced with her for years, and she refers to the owner as her second Mom. I also have a little toddler that dances there and she gets hugs each time she sees her little “babies”
One story that I must share at a dance competition my daughter started hurting tremendously with endometriosis and was bent over in pain offstage this owner began rubbing my daughters feet with oil and massaging her legs just to get her comfortable she did this for over an hour. Come to Davis Dance Academy and you will never regret it!!

I grew up in the dance world. I've danced, taught, choreographed, coached and judged all over Utah. And when it came time for my girls to dance I knew exactly what I wanted. We spent three years at two other studios, when I started judging Davis Dance Academy I liked what I saw!! My girls attended the audition for comp teams in the spring and I signed the comp agreement at the new parent meeting with Tiffiny(the owner) at the beginning of the summer! Her teams are carefully developed beginning in June! I love the high standards, high expectations, and excellent dance technique at Davis Dance Acadamy! It's not close to my house but very worth the drive.

Davis Dance Academy is the best dance studio out there! I have had children dancing there for over 11 years. They have the most amazing teachers that love and really care about the dancers. They have learned so much, not only about dancing, but also about life lessons that have made them better people and better dancers. Their technic and choreography are outstanding. They prepared my oldest daughter for making the cheer squad and also the drill team at her high school. Their pricing is great, especially compared to other studios that offer the same thing. The director, Tiffiny, always listens to any issues that you have and takes immediate action to resolve them. She also does her best to keep costs down, especially with costuming and fees. After our first couple of years at DDA, we checked out 12 other studios- just to see what else was out there. We could not find any other studio that even came close to offering what DDA offers. They always have their policy posted on their website if I ever have questions about anything. I love DDA and I am so grateful to Tiffiny and all the instructors for all the time and energy that they spend on behalf of my kids. They truly CARE about who they are!!! I can't say enough good!!! Davis Dance is so deserving of 5 stars, I would give 10 if I could. My daughter has grown so much as a dancer and all in a wonderful atmosphere and worth the greatest staff. If you want your child to be successful at dance and are willing to work hard you will be so happy with DDA.

DDA is an amazing studio. They hire very qualified instructors that focus on technique. After 10 years of being at the same studio we decided we needed a change. DDA was recommended by the high school drill coach as the studio putting out dancers with the strongest technique. The atmosphere there is so positive, and the owner truly loves these girls! We absolutely love this studio, and couldn't be more pleased with the progress I've watched my daughter make!!

First of all I have never written a complaint but I want to WARN others.. I have two daughters that took summer classes here to see if it was a good fit for them. (director was aware of this) After several conversations with the director Tiffiny about my concerns with the 20 minute travel time to the studio they still had me sign papers which had to be done before summer classes started. (so they could get them in the system) I let them know July 31, 2014 we were planning on staying closer to home for dance in which they told me I signed a contract and am responsible for all fees for the entire year whether my girls dance or not! Not only were they RUDE they could care less of the circumstances! If you do go here READ every fine printed piece of paper and DO NOT sign anything unless you plan on paying for a year NO matter if you move, there is a death, or any other life changing event. My girls have danced for several years and never have we dealt with such deceiving people.
