Cindie has been my chronic pain provider for well over ten years. I have followed her from clinic to clinic because she is so amazing. I love how knowledgeable she is about chronic pain and addiction, she has really increased my quality of life dramatically. I would not trade her for anyone. I have been seen by several different doctors and NP for my chronic pain and Cindie is far above anyone in her knowledge, fairness and bedside/chairside manner.

cindie is very kind and helpful .she is always one on one with her patients. She is always willing to help and is very understanding.
