Horrible Experience! thought should be simple work, forgot to check out the review first, then i am screwed!

Surprising all the bad reviews in 2013 is gone!



when you called that number, the guy Richard will promise you they will do this and that for the basic package of $80 bucks, but realities is not like that. the work they came it and did it, feel like i was ripped off and better did it myself!!!!

Two ladies rang the door bell 1 hour early, didn't even bother to say Hello, didn't introduce themselves, then came in got started with the loudest cellphone rang 3-4 times during 1-hour work at my house, very Unprofessional! use a small piece of dry dirty cloth to dust little bit here and there, even dirtirt than my furniture, can't stand that.

didn't bring their own dust pan, no trash bag, have to use mine, very lousy sweeping, cause more dust flying inside my house, didn't vacuum the carpet, didn't mop my cabinet doors,,, long story short, very lousy work, who will use them if the first time experience already like that.

So that you are lucky to see this, STAY AWAY, go find someone else!

We love TWOGETHER Maids. They have been so willing to work with our crazy schedules. Great service, always on time,very flexible. We would use them forever, except for moving.



We have used the ladies for two years and haven't had anything broken. They always do a wonderful job.

We had four women (Crew # 5, lead by Norma) come in to clean yesterday. With two children under 3 years old, you can imagine what a mess our 3br/2ba, 1800sqft home looks like most days. So, finally, after months of talking about getting a maid service, we did it, and I couldn't be happier with the price and quality. For the amount I paid ($130...and $30 of that was tip...so $100 just for the service), I am very pleased. They cleaned the inside of the fridge AND oven (paid a little extra for the oven). They were in and out in less than 90 minutes, and were very accommodating. Our littlest one was toddling around the house while I folded clothes and each of the crew members were so friendly with her, and just all around professional. You can't beat the service for the price.

Our Reviews is real it seems , that they have lots of competirors, one bad agains many good reviews plus more than 5 people in live chat in Thebump.com that thinks they do a good job. We've left our comment in Thebump.com and Google, from our experience , this company made our house look as new, they came as a last minute request to clean our home, my wife is 8 months pregnant and can't do lots of chores, they got everything done in less than 2 hours, they are really nice and fast, we highly recommended. if any one wants to see more live chat and reviews about this cleaning company and food , what peolple really think , visit Thebump.com

Twogether Maids did an excellent job. Staff was on time, friendly, very professional. Accommodating of my schedule. I am so happy with their service that I have hired them for a weekly recurring cleaning service. I have tried quite a few house cleaners in this area (Katy almost Fulshear) and they are by far the best among those I have tried. Would recommend to anyone !!!!

Twogether Maids is the Best Service Ever. I have tried every service in the Katy Area and nothing comes close to the quality and reliability Flat Rate House Cleaning Service. They go above and beyond, and with 4 children, they make my life much less stressful. They are always accomodating when I need to change my schedule, and that really means a lot. A very professional cleaning service, great people!. We have a 2800 sq ft house with 3 kids and Two cats and we wanted to try Twogether Maids Cleaning Service since we found the add on katy Magazine, we thought its was a good fair price too good to be true, but we called and we were impressed from the time we called the office.Customer service was very professional and helpful over the phone. The crew came with all of their own supplies and did a FANTASTIC job. We've been using them for weekly service in Katy Tx ever since.The Crew is really honest , we are sure that even if we are not home they'll take good care of the pets when they do in and out of the house. I highly recommend them.

We had our monthly home cleaning visit yesterday and I want to take a moment to write a review and send you an e-mail to say what a great job Twogether Maids did for us. I think all of your cleaners are good, but our cleaner yesterday was way above average. Their work ethic was outstanding as she cleaned the glass sliding doors of the bathroom shower so thoroughly that they look brand new. No one else has come up to that high level of quality. This young ladys deserves some kind of bonus! Thank you for sending them to us. Crew #2 is the best. We also probably need to thank Katy Magazine because that the way we found Twogether Maids and many other deals. We just moved to katy two months ago from Oklahoma and we love it !

I Used Twogether Maids awhile back and using it now! This is my very first apartment and although I kept it clean in my eyes haha, it always need a good cleaning.. I did some research and actually came across Twogether Maids who has extremely reasonable prices! As compared to some other local companies that want close to $200.00 for two hours, they charge me only $80.00 for the same two hours, for the same package also. This Flat Rate included everything for the same hours and space, REDIC! So the first time I used Twogether Maids the workers were extremely pleasant and did a wonderful job... so I am using them again! I highly recommend them to any young student and/or professional living on their own, very affordable!

On the recommendation of a friend, we had Twogether Maids do a whole house clean to prepare the house for sale a package that is called "Deluxe Package" (including things like the inside of a dirty refrigerator). Their team did an outstanding job, top to bottom. Everything just sparkled! I dropped in to find them hard at work, and they were professional and courteous. I was amazed at how quickly they finished. I would definitely use them again based on this experience. Thank You!

Awesome service. Great deal on a cleaning plus Twogether Maids does such a thorough job! We were going to get our apartment cleaned one a month but our apartment was so lovely after the cleaning that we're thinking about going weekly or biweekly. I would definitely recommend Twogether Maids

I recently had a baby and with 3 other little ones doing the little things I used to do have become almost impossible. I called several maid services and Twogether Maids seemed to be the most helpful. Most of them never even returned my phone call. I spoke to one of the office people and they gave me a very competitive price, as well as a great customer service, so I scheduled. When the maids arrived they were very friendly and concerned on doing a good job for me. They did a great job cleaning and they even asked me to walk the home when they were finished to insure I was completely satisfied. I love not cleaning my home. Great company and great service. If you don't want to clean your home call Twogether Maids .

I hope my review helps those single moms who are tired of doing everything at home, we can have a break sometime with great people to take care of those heavy chores for us sometimes.

Excellent Cleaning Services -Twoegether Maids-is the most professional, dependable, and thorough cleaning service we have ever used. Our crew always shows up cheerfully and on time, and she is extremely thorough. Whenever we have a scheduling issue, Jessica is willing to work out an arrangement. Theis prices are competitive and fair. I have recommended Twogether Maids to our neighbors, who are also very happy.

We also get the coupons out of Katy Magazine plus specials they have going on every week!

We used their service twice a week, plus they give us the card for regular clients that means after the 5th cleaning we get the 6 FREE, They are awesome!

we always look forward to coming home on cleaning days - it's such a treat to come home to a clean house and not have had to spend the hours cleaning it myself. It's a gift I give to myself. Oh, and a gift I give to my husband so we don't have to argue about whose turn it is to do x, y or z. Worth every penny.



Twogether Maids does a great job with the cleaning, but I also really appreciate how they run their business. I handle all scheduling, feedback, changes, etc via email which is perfect for me. I don't have to worry about making phone calls, they always respond to emails in a timely and professional manner. It's so convenient. I also like how you work with them upfront to explicitly agree on what is getting cleaned. They give you a form the first time you work with them and you fill in everything you want cleaned - this way, expectations are very clear and there's no misunderstandings. Very efficient.



Overall I've been happy with their services, the office manager, responds to email and phone calls in a timely manner, and she is very accommodating to my (relatively reasonable) requests.



When I first started, I found them excellent, until now ,I've had nothing but continued excellence. I've even come home to find that entrances doors and closet doors have been clean or completly wipe out, for no extra charges, im sure they know that my kids leave finger prints all around, and they are so kind to take them away.
