Several months ago, a friend in Houston recommended Jason and I scheduled him to take me to the airport at the end of a busy work-week. His professionalism was revealed in his immediate response to my request to schedule the trip not 24 hours in advance. When I returned to Houston last week (and three months later), I scheduled Jason and again found him to be dependable and punctual – never being concerned with the safety of my return trip from the airport to downtown’s CBD. Jason is very courteous and runs a personable and safe service. I will definitely call upon Jason’s service again – and would recommend to all!

Note: My international flight was supposed to arrive at 1:30PM in Houston. Unfortunately my flight was delayed for 6 HOURS and I ended up arriving at 7:30PM. To my surprise, Jason was waiting for me at the arrivals gate! He had researched the delay of my flight and made sure he was at the airport waiting for me at the new arrival time. On top of that, this was during Super Bowl Sunday which meant that Jason had to sacrifice seeing the game with his family and friends to be there for me. I highly recommend his services with utmost enthusiasm. He is dependable, reliable and friendly. I am always impressed that Jason is always on time and doing everything possible to make sure that I am comfortable and satisfied with his services.

I had the pleasure of using Jason's services after coming home from my honeymoon in Hawaii. The service I usually use was unable to pick me up due to the flooding that was going on in Houston. On a whim I called Jason and he made everything happen! I travel often on business and have used other services and the past and nothing has compared to Jason. Even with the delays and flooding in Houston Jason was onetime and waiting for me when my plane arrived. He was courteous friendly and helpful and made me feel like I was talking to an old friend. Jason surpasses all of my expectations and he will be getting 100% of my business in the future!
Jason deserves a zillion stars. I called from San Antonio for my teenaged daughter who is dealing with a dead battery and needing to get back to her vehicle so our USAA can tow it. She had called that big cab company and they came out- but they informed her when they arrived that there was a 25 dollar surcharge for Katy TX. She told them they hadn't informed her- and they made her pay the 25 dollars just for coming out! I called Jason and he gave me information on how to arrange a short ride- even texted me the number of the local business! We will definitely be calling Town Car again!
