CAUTION IF YOU LOSE A SHIRT AT THIS PLACE----I lost a shirt and a nice one at that at the Fashion Park Cleaners off of Kingsland Blvd and Dominion. After searching high and low throughout my closet and bedroom, I went to the cleaners to report it missing. The lady there in the morning crew Told me to fill out my name, shirt brand, size, and my number on a piece of notebook paper she tore off a pad. I should have realized then this place has no formal processes in place. I was told they would look and contact me. I had not received any phone call so I went in the afternoona few days later and the gentelman in the afternoon said to fill out the information again on (you guessed it) on a piece of paper. No calls and so I went to and asked my status. I was told they looked everywhere and could not find it. No compensation offered. Just we are sorry.

First of all, there should be ...

First of all, there should be a zero star option.

On Monday, May 21st, I entered Fashion Park Cleaners after 6 p.m. (20701 Kingsland Blvd., Katy, TX) to pick up clothes dropped off before 9 a.m. that same day. This cleaners has a sign posted stating, “In by 9 a.m., same day service.” The young man behind the counter explained the order was only partially ready but the truck should return with the remainder of the order before 7 p.m. I paid for the partially complete order and returned to Fashion Park Cleaners at approximately 6:55 p.m. The same gentlemen explained the delivery truck never arrived and asked if I could pick up my order at another location. This young man called the other location (Fashion Park Cleaners located on 23144-A Cinco Ranch Blvd., Katy, TX), explained to the employee that I would pay for the order at the Kingsland location and pick up the clothes at the Cinco Ranch location. When I arrived to Fashion Park Cleaners at Cinco Ranch, I showed the female employee my receipt, she handed me my clothes, and I asked her if I could speak to the manager. Once the manager arrived, I introduced myself and explained that I needed to make a complaint regarding the service I received from his establishment. He walked behind the counter and the employee described the incident. The manager became very agitated, raised his voice and started to scream at me. He shouted there was no guarantee. I tried to explain the sign at the Kingsland location, showed him the receipt and stated I paid for the same day service. He continued to scream and became very disrespectful towards me in his words and actions. As I tried to pick up my clothes, he grabbed them out of my hands and attempted to rip them out of my hands and take them to the back room. I would not let go and he pulled me across the counter even though I had previously showed I had paid for my clothes. Eventually, I was able to secure my clothing but at this time the bag was torn and the clothing was wrinkled and damaged. During the struggle, the manager yelled at the employee to call the police because I was violent and a thief. Once again, I showed him my receipt that I paid for the clothing. He continued to yell at me while the employee was speaking to Dispatch. He yanked the phone out of her hands and started to yell at the Dispatcher about my violent nature. When the Fort Bend Sheriff’s Deputy arrived at the scene, she found me distraught and scared because the manager continued to scream at me while we were waiting for the police to arrive. The female office took both statements. While accounts were given, it was disclosed that the manager was, in fact, the owner (Dhruv Solanki). Dhruv Solanki continued to raise his voice to both the Officer and myself during this encounter. No criminal charges were filed but the Deputy explained I could take him to civil court for the damages. She later apologized to me that I had to go through an encounter like this. During this situation, I was not belligerent, did not use profanity, and did not yell or scream at the employees or the owner. Later that evening, I found bruises and scratches on my forearm from the altercation.

As a customer, I should have the right to voice my complaints when services rendered are not delivered in a satisfactory manner or as advertised. I was respectful to all parties involved but was not treated with the same respect from the owner. Please review this incident involving Fashion Park Cleaners and the owner Dhruv Solanki so that other customers do not have to go through an encounter like I experienced with this company.

It's HORRIBLE!!!!!! They overcharge even with a HUGE sign in the window saying they charge 99 cents for business shirts....they never give you a straight answer and they don't use starch even when you are VERY persistant when telling them. The woman is really rude when you ask any questions and refuses to give you a detailed receipt. We WON'T be going back.

I resently took in several cotton button down shirt to have them laundered at a quoted cost of $1.75 per shirt. When I picked up my order, they had dry cleaned all of the shirts and they were not starched. They were also going to charge me $4.75 per shirt. When I questioned the clerk, she indicated that they could not launder the shirts and made no attempt to correct the error. None of the shirts were starched and did not even look as though they had been pressed. I will never take anything to them again. Sorry excuse for a dry cleaner and poor customer service.
