I was supposed to get my wisdom teeth pulled a while back it took them about four months to refund me because they never did any work . I have yet to find a dentist with a payment plan because I am a 22-year-old college student who cannot afford to pay for all four of her wisdom teeth to be pulled at once without a payment plan . so I am still in pain because I waited at bella Dentist for eight hours . To get my wisdom teeth polled I’m going to keep leaving review so people do not have to go to the dentist they seem to only treat Spanish speakers correctly and everyone else don’t get their full attention the financial lady actually hung up in my face once before and then call me unprofessionally after I left a review about her lips being fake which was 100% true dont go here . or anything bella or A1 dental

I bring my children here 3 year old and 1 year old. I was worried my 3 year old would be terrified but the assistant and doctor were very gentle with him. Great experience.👍

I went to Bella Dental located on 5516 North Fry road on 5/22 for an orthodontic consult. I saw the orthodontist then the office staff went over the pricing for braces. The clerk asked me if I would need financing if I used their services. I told her that I would need financing. I signed a form thinking that the form would determine if I could get approved for financing, not that I wanted to go ahead and get braces.
I was with the understanding that the office would say if I was approved for financing and then if I chose to get braces through them that I would come back and receive the services then pay the appropriate fees. I told the office clerk that I would call back and schedule an appointment if I chose to use their orthodontic services. I left the office and did not think anymore about the consultation. Around the end of June I received a bill from Citi Health card for $1,600.00 that was billed by Bella Dental. I did not receive any services at this office so I didn’t understand what the charge was for. I went to the office and spoke to the office manager (Adriana) and she explained to me the charge was made to the account because there was a promotional special and that if I wanted that price they had to charge it immediately.
I explained to her that I never agreed that I would receive any services there so I didn’t understand why they would bill me ahead of time. I never made a follow up appointment and I would not use them for any dental/orthodontic services. At that time the office staff had me sign a form and said that their corporate office would need to submit the refund. I gave them a copy of the bill. Two weeks later I started receiving calls from Citi health because they wanted a payment. I went back up to Bella dental around July 15 and the manager told me that they were working on it and that the refund should post to my account soon. The manager said that I could pay on the bill and then get refunded later. I talked to Citi health and gave them a payment to make their phone calls stop. I asked office staff for the number to Bella corporate office- they never gave it to me.
The end of July I returned to Bella Dental to get an update on the refund. The manager said that it was handled and the money was sent to citi health. August 19 I received a bill from Citi Health showing the 1600$ and late fees. I then called another Bella Dental location and was able to track down a number to their corporate office. I spoke to Margareta who said that she handles refunds. She then referred me to Celia. I spoke to these women and they never heard of the refund that Citi Health was supposed to get. I then called back the branch office to speak to the office manager and she said that someone named Susan would be working on my case. On 8/29 I filed a dispute with Citi Health card citing that I never received any services from Bella Dental so their charges were unwarranted. From June to this time I have left message after message for Adriana, Margarita and Celia. When I call the corporate office they leave me hold for 5 minutes at a time and no one comes to the phone. I asked one of the clerks at the corporate office if there was someone I could voice a complaint to and she said no.
At this point I have no choice but to check on my refund daily as the staff at Bella Dental /Apple Dentist appear to be ineffective, unknowledgeable and possibly incompetent. I question the cleanliness, sanitation, and billing practices that the company uses. If they are charging me for services never received how would a patient on Medicaid know if they charged them for something they never received. I would not send a dog to be treated at any of these facilities. Hopefully the physicians that practice at these offices are better equipped and trained than the office staff.

I had my first appointment today and I had a very very well. Both Dr Alik and Susana were extremely friendly and made my visit extremely pleasant.

This place is AWESOME! They remodeled the office and it looks really nice! Their doctors are the best, very knowledgeable and well prepared. And their staff is super sweet. Susana help me financing my entire treatment with ease. Definitely coming here and will tell my friend to come!

Excellent clean facility , staff is very nice and the manager Ana always makes me feel welcomed and is on top of everything . I've been coming to this dental clinic for quite awhile now for my yearly cleanings and for teeth whitening , and never have been disappointed by their service . They are excellent and I Recommend it to all my friends & family to this place . I'm a very satisfied customer

My son got his teeth examined here, and they were so sweet to make him feel like a little superstar. Thankful for Dr.'s that genuinely care. Will be back for my own consultation next Wednesday.
