Awesome Maid Service

They were late, when they left I noticed my large mirror in entry way was broken. They skipped one week didn't call or let me know they were not coming. One of them spent most of the time on the cellphone, for the price I recommend finding someone else.

Not so awesome, I gave them two stars because the first time and second time they came they did a good job. From then on, they came late, then tried to do do everything in a short period of time and left so many things undone, did not finish dusting, skipped areas completely. Then did not showed up as scheduled. I called the office numerous times to try and find out where they were and no answer, left messages, they never called back. To date, have not received any explanation as to why they didn't show up and never called, needless to say, this left me in a predicament, thank goodness, I found someone else to take care of the cleaning.
