        Overall

        It took the salesman three tries to enter my order in the computer. It was to be delivered and was not. Since he "lost" the order two or more times, when I went to pay they wanted to charge me 2 or three times the money it was worth. When it was not delivered I called and they could not find the order after I paid for it. When finally located told me it had not been marked for delivery. Don't know why as I told him where to put the lumber. I then discovered when the truck driver called that I was charged for 2X8's when in fact I ordered 2X4's. The truck driver discovered the error and called me. I told him NOT to unload in front of the garage doors and he did. I had to move all the sackrete out of the way. I will NEVER shop at a Lowes again as this has been a horrible nightmare!
