Steinmetz HVAC

Great experience! Steinmetz was assigned to fix our AC through a homeowner's insurance policy. They called to make an appointment within an hour of me filing a claim. Mike was the technician and he was WONDERFUL. When he came to our house, the unit was frozen because I had not turned it off early enough. (It was my fault.) He could have made me feel bad about it, but didn't. Instead, he just worked me in the next day. Mike was quick, professional, and very friendly. He was even great with my dogs, with whom you are guilty until proven innocent.



Even if we decide to drop out homeowner's policy, we will certainly use Steinmetz again! Highly recommended.
