Malvern Hill Apartments

Great place at affordable prices..

I rented apartments in 2 other places in the neighborhood, and Malvern Hill was the best in terms of convenience and price. The managers are courtious and the maintenance is done on a timely manner.

Great place. But there's a smart mouth fat guy that lives there named "Joe" he is in everyones business and you can't miss him he looks like Santa Claus. If he doesn't have a beer in each hand he's got tools in them. And his belly or crack is hanging out. That's my only concern with the place. He thinks he controls it or he can do as he pleases and the landlord Bill seems to approve of it, he's a idiot himself so are his so called attorneys. Toxic kool-aid drinkers!
