        Overall

        I woke up to a cold house, the furnace was out again! The 3rd time in 4 years, my heart sunk. I called and they were out within hours, the tech Dan had the Midas Touch and worked his magic and the furnace started working! No charge for me. Talk about good Kharma! I am definetly paying it forward.

        Very reasonable

        these guys were very friendly and serviced my AC unit in a timely (next day) and professional way. i thought the motor on my 12 year old unit was going out because it failed to turn on or restart in hot weather, but the service technician diagnosed a dual timer delay conflict (i.e., the built-in delay on the unit conflicted with the one on our new thermostat installed last fall). who knew!?

        he simply pulled the delay timer out of the AC unit and our house has been nice and cool ever since!



        they not only saved me some big bucks (not having to buy a new motor or AC unit) but they didn't charge me for 15-minute service call ...unlike some of the larger HVAC service companies in the Kzoo area would have done!
