I’ll let the review from Sol S. stand on its own. Thank goodness the buyer of the Sol S. house got a good home inspection, otherwise he would not have known about all the cover ups and deficiencies in the house. Sol S. was very upset that he was found out with our thorough and comprehensive home inspection conducted for the buyer. Contact us for tips and advice on how to avoid this type of real estate agent/contractor seller like Sol S. By the way, the garage was tied together with plastic zip ties.

I hired Guy & Darrel from AmeriSpec to do my inspection based off a recommendation I got from a co-worker that had used them, and they did not disappoint. They found some problems with the roof that ended up coming out to about $4,000 dollars which I didn't pay a dime for because we were able to negotiate it with the sellers as part of the real estate transaction. So needless to say hiring Guy & Darrel was the best money I spent in regards to the purchase of my home.

When purchasing my home here in Florida my Realtor gave me three home inspection companies that she recommended. I called all three companies, and chose AmeriSpec after doing my research. From the preliminary phone call, to the actual inspection and timely manner in which I received my report AmeriSpec was very professional and helpful. I will recommend them any and every time.

I was weary at first of the whole "Home Inspection" process as I consider myself a pretty handy guy. So going into my inspection I had my own doubts, thinking to myself, "what are these guys going to find that I haven't already seen?"



Well let me tell you what, boy am I glad that I hired AmeriSpec to come out and do my inspection. Guy and Darrel found many things with the house that could have cost me thousands of dollars after closing if I had not known about them. I was able to use the info in the report to help negotiate with the sellers to allow for the repairs.
