        Overall

        We ordered new kitchen appliances from the Coral Gables showroom. They delivered the wrong model refrigerator and refused to correct the situation. They would not exchange our unit for the one we ordered and paid for (a more expensive unit) nor would they refund us the difference between the two models. I have filed a Better Business Bureau complaint, but would caution anyone from ordering here.
