They didn't use paintable caulk inside even after they were told. They took forever to order,they didn't replace a rotted piece of wood or the trim that covers the seam. They never gave my warranty paper up front until it was almost past the deadline. I had to ask about the tax credit paper because it wasn't handed to me after receipt of payment AND they are giving me the run around about the specific options ordered for these windows like having argon filled or air filled glass. The e rating and etc. The manager! won't get back to me. I have had it and I would not recommend these jerks to anyone! Poor service and all they care about is the money!
