Terrible, terrible service. We have dealt with them three times now to have our washing machine serviced and every time it has taken minimum 3 weeks to get the part and repair it. The technicians are very unprofessional. I would NOT recommend them!

Bah, a joke if you want to get your appliance fixed fast, Called into Lowes 9-25 for a washer repair under extended warranty, I finally gave up with them on 10-13. By then still did not have a scheduled repair date. They just kept stringing me along, turns out the CSR let it slip they were three weeks out AFTER they get the part. So you can count on a minimum of 5 weeks for a repair,, about a week for someone to come out and do the initial check, order the part (at least another week) then three weeks out for a repair,, all the while being strung along with no end in sight.
