        I have shopped Lowed for longer then I can remember. In the past I have always had good service. Beginning of this month shopped your store. I needed a log set for my fireplace and a dishwasher. I talked with your salesperson about which log set to get. He steered me to one he said was very good. Mind you I am 66 years old my husband has Alzheimer's so I have to hire someone to install this. First set didn't work regulator no good. Had it uninstalled and returned it. Went to other store to get another. That one had missing parts. Took it back got one from home depot. Works great. Waited three weeks for dishwasher. Arrived yesterday. No manual with it. Went to get adapter for faucet. No one could help us. Except to send us down an isle with adapters. Three fifteen mile trips (one way ) to return wrong adapter. We get a person who figures out the adapter we need Lowes does not carry. And it was suppose to be with the machine
