I would highly recommend Home Pro, they were prompt, very professional and the pricing didn't break the bank. We had windows replaced and new guttering installed. The new windows have cut our electric bill down considerably. My favorite they cleaned up any thing that they dropped ensuring that my yard was as it was before they arrived so that my grandkids didn't get hurt or my flower beds weren't affected. Incredibly disappointed in Home Pro, my new pool and the whole experience. I understand things don't always go as planned & that's fine as long as you fix the problems but they refuse to do that. My pool looks great even though it was not built as planned but the biggest problem is I do not trust the quality of the work. In the planning of the pool they had designed a water fall with a slide coming out of it at the end of the pool. One side of my pool has a retaining wall,it was to be 7ft tall, it ended up 10 1/2. This wouldn't be an issue If I wasn't quoted & agreed to pay for 160 ton of rock I ended up having to pay for 290.66 tons as well as $1000 in dirt that was not in the quote. During the building I expressed concerns, the wall didn't look like there was enough room at the end to add the water feature, they had not gone out far enough for that. I kept being assured everything was fine. They got the wall done, pool set & ready to pour the concrete. I was told there was not enough room for the water feature/slide. He said that since the wall ended up being so much taller then planned they had lost a lot of money on it. Then was told because of the placement of the skimmer it was never even an option had to get a regular slide. Pool was "finished". It leaked, a lot, took a very long time to find the leak, the plumbing was hacked into & re routed many times, they refused to pull up the concrete to fix the leak properly so they tunneled under the pool instead. There are huge voids under the concrete, nothing to support it, they could not get all of the rock back up under the concrete once they tunneled it out. The plumbing I do not trust!!! You have to adjust the valves for a very long time to try and get things to work. It's very frustrating. It was not like that before they started working on the leak. Other than it leaking everything worked fine. They refuse to pull the concrete and fix the plumbing and the fact that nothing is supporting the concrete.

Home Pro workers was very polite, helpful and did an excellent job on installing my guttering. I was treated with respect and they were very helpful at the business. I would highly recommend them to anyone getting work done of any kind. Thank you Home Pro for an effortless job done!!

We really enjoy our Home Pro enclosed porch. We watch the birds, have our lunches and play with the grandchildren. Best of all, no bugs!! We love our windows. No cold winds come through them and they are super-easy to clean. The price was good and there were no hidden costs.

Home Pro put up a privacy fence, new steps/sidewalk, new porch and block wall at my house. The project was completed in a timely fashion and we got tons of positive comments from the neighbors. We were so impressed by the work and cost (lowest bid for the work), that we had them come back and install additional new porch rail and extend the fences. John personally came out, made final measurements and verified the work plan. We had a minor problem with utility location (not a Home Pro issue), but it was professionally handled. I highly recommend them.

Home pro installed new vinyl windows in my house and did a great job! they showed up on time, finished in a timely manner, and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. They did such a great job I had them come back a few months later and install guttering on my house. I wouldn't trust my house with any other company.
