Plaza Tire Service

We were traveling from Hot Springs, moving our granddaughter to Jonesboro, had tire trouble, and had to have our vehicle towed to Plaza Tire. They were quick to assess our vehicle and assist with repairs on the same day. We greatly appreciate the prompt service we received here.

My problem that I have and would have rated them a lot higher is that , I came in there for my alignment to be checked and realigned if necessary, balance and rotation, Oil change, filter. In that process I winded up with a brake job and 20 lug nuts total over $460 My complaint is that 460 I paid for services and since I'm dealing with a "tire company" that drives on tires Alignments, and brakes Should had checked my tire pressure b4 any wheel alignment was done specially getting a balance and rotation.

Friendly, fast service. I have a family emergency that is taking me on an unexpected road trip. I was quickly fit into their schedule. I highly recommend this business. I personally dealt with Sean. Excellent customer service!

Very professional and the wait wasn't very long,considering how busy they were,will definitely be back and will tell my friends about plaza tire.

When I left car was making a strange vibration when I hit my brake (it was NOT doing this before I went). I drove it a little bit and took it right back, they said you need a tune-up. Why didn’t they tell me that when I paid and asked was everything ok? Instead I had to leave and go back.

Been here 3 days in a row and still feel a vibration. Supposed to open at 7:30 it's almost 8:00 and no sign of life
