        I was in Dillards on Sunday afternoon, December 14th. I made a purchase at the counter by the fiesta (fiesta casserole), a purchase at the counter by the Kitchen stuff (food processor), a purchase by the bedding and throws (throw) and a purchase at the counter in the little boys section (jeans and gloves). All sales clerks were so cherry and helpful. A different clerk was at each counter and they went out of their way to help me with information and checking on sales prices, etc. for me. They should be commended for being so kind to all of us crazy Christmas shoppers who have already run out of patience. I don't know their names but those ladies that were working in those departments yesterday were outstanding and I appreciate them so much. Dillards is the BEST and I'm passing this on to everyone that says the holiday shopping is not a good experience and the prices were GREAT. Thank you. Merry Christmas.

        Helpful Ladies Apparel Sales Specialist

        I just had the most wonderful experience shopping in the women's/juniors section today. Victoria is an amazing sales associate. She picked out several outfits for me, when I told her I needed work clothes. Victoria even went to other departments to get jewelry, camis, etc. Lastly, I told her I needed help with shoes and she went down to the shoe department with me. I know that she didn't receive commision on the shoes, but I am glad she helped with that as well as another shoe sales associate. Whether you spend $5 or $500, Victoria will help you out! She isn't pushy and is honest with you. Thanks for the outstanding customer service. She also gave me her card in case I needed anything in the future.
