Overall

I ordered two pretzel cheeseburgers at the Drive - thru. The person taking the order seemed very confused. We stated again the all we wanted was the two pretzel cheeseburgers. We pulled up and paid and drove home. Once home I opened the bag and it had two SPICY chicken sandwiches and a order of cold french fries. I can not eat spicy chicken. I tried but it burnt my mouth. I had to discard the sandwich along with the cold fries. I tried to telephone Wendy's for 30 minutes and got a busy signal each time. Terrible service and awful food.
