I'm pretty sure the current manager, Julie - and a few members of her staff are involved in a theft ring. I was given the run around multiple times and when they run out if answers, they make you wait until closing time and they shut you out. Pending police report.

Window hours are 8am-2pm on saturdays. Someone is at the window "helping" a customer (mostly arguing and asking what the customer expects the post office to do- bad attitude from the worker!) when i arrive at 10am. I wait behind this other customer for almost 30 min, postal worker sees and makes eye contact with me, then other customer leaves. Postal worker starts to shut window door when i state that i need to pick up mail. She says window isnt open. (??) and slams the door shut in my face. How is the window not open during window hours, especially when someone IS there to work it, and WAS working it just a second ago? LAZY employees. This was an older black woman and i am a young white girl- this postal worker was RACIST.

LOTS OF PEOPLE COMPLAIN IN THE...

LOTS OF PEOPLE COMPLAIN IN THE LINE ABOUT HOW LONG IT TAKES BUT IF YOU LOOK AT THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE AND HOW QUICKLY THEY GO THROUGH THEM IT'S PRETTY FAST.THEY SHOULD THOUGH HAVE A DIFFERENT LINE FOR PEOPLE PICKING UP PACKAGES OR WHO HAVE A QUESTION THAT REQUIRES THE POSTAL EMPLOYEE TO GO IN THE BACK. THAT SLOWS THINGS DOWN BECAUSE IT TAKES A WHILE FOR THE EMPLOYEE TO DO THAT.I LIKE THAT THEY MAKE PEOPLE WHO NEED TO FILL OUT PAPERWORK LEAVE BUT LET THEM COME TO THE FRONT OF THE LINE AFTERWARDS.SOME EMPLOYEES ARE NICER THAN OTHERS AND SOME STRICTER THAN OTHERS BUT AS A PERSON WHO GOES THERE AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK I FIND THEM ALL TO BE HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL.THE PARKING LOT THOUGH IS A MESS.IT'S SMALL AND WITH THE DRIVE UP MAILBOX IT GETS PRETTY DANGEROUS TO DRIVE OR WALK THROUGH.I DON'T SEE WHY IT'S NEEDED.IT'S NICE I GUESS TO DRIVE UP AND DROP OFF YOUR MAIL IN THE BOX BUT I'M SURE THE LAZY PEOPLE THAT DO THAT COULD ALSO JUST GET OUT OF THEIR CARS AND WALK TO A MAILBOX.OF COURSE THAT WOULD TAKE UP EVEN MORE PARKING SPOTS.I GUESS IT'S A NO WIN.ANYHOW GREAT JOB TO THE POSTAL WORKERS AND IGNORE THE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE WAIT.THEY ARE MISINFORMED PEOPLE.
