Overall

He is saying alot of negative things about the post office! He is spot on! These people are as bad as the DMV!! These people act ANNOYED if you simply ask a question. Believe me , i dont want to be there anymore than the person getting paid behind the counter. My brother passed away in September. I went in with all info and a forwarding address for the mail that was already enroute, its Oct 24th and I' ve yet to receive any mail at all! i am calling and they have transferred me back and forth and put me on hold and told me to come back in with the same info i took a day off from work to do in the FIRST PLACE!! now she says theY will call me back. Hmmm, ya , rite!.. O GOSH, WHERES MY xANAX.

Overall
Terrible

I went to this place and can't believe I was trusting these people with my mail. People weren't able to get their passports because the staff was making mistakes and moving slow until the time cut off for passports came. The lady couldn't get her passport until the following Monday. I was waiting in line to send some mail and closing time was approaching. The line was moving slow because the workers were too busy yelling and arguing with each other over who was right and who was wrong over the passport situation. Then some go to the back and are laughing and joking. And as I write this review I called the office 3 times to check my mail (I paid for it to be overnighted and it's not there) first time I called someone picked up the hung up. Second time voicemail. Third time the phone has been ringing for 26 minutes 30 seconds and counting. It's 2:06 pm and they don't close til 530pm. This place sucks. Boycott
