I have worked with Anne at Tax Matters for many years and she is the best hands down in the accounting field. She has want out of her way to help me start and run my business. Any issues , concerns or problems takes care of any and everything that i have requested . i have sent many friends and family to seek her help.

I have been going to Tax Matters for many years. The service is professional and friendly. All my questions are always answered immediately and I leave knowing everything is being taken care of.

Ive used Tax Matters for several years and I also had Ann do a loan modification for me. The process was smooth. Ann was wonderful. I followed the protocol and got all needed information to them. I ended up with a lower payment and lower interest rate. I cant say enough about this business. They go above and beyond!!!!!

Will never go to anyone else for my taxes. Ann went above and beyond to help me with my taxes and school finances. She took the time to teach me & make sure I understood the process. She is wonderful & I would recommend her to anyone!

Our original appointment was 2/13/15 and we provided all the requested documentation to have our taxes prepared. After a few weeks I hadn't heard anything. I emailed five times, called seven times with no response and I am sitting in this lady's office right now because I decided to pick up my tax papers and take them somewhere else. This woman has LOST all of my ORIGINAL documents from employers, 401K's, etc. I have never worked with a more unprofessional office or person in my adult life. Very very bad service. And disappointing considering we were referred by someone.
