We have been with Special Interest for the last 12 years for medical and dental services. We also use the services for Emergency Crisis situations. I am very happy with the service that we receive. If there is a problem or question the management at the service all the way to the owner get involved. We called over a dozen times about continual errors. The manager/Paula was rude and obnoxious, at one point hanging up on our office manager after calling her a stupid bi-ch!!



This was the last straw. Completely unacceptable behavior. It is obvious that the problems start at the top.



Changed services and told several other offices about the problems. They also had problems with the managment at Special Interest and decided to change.
