Sooper Lube

I have used Sooper Lube for years now. They have excellent friendly employees who have always taken the best possible care of my vehicle. Everything from oil changes to major work, they've been honest and upfront with me at every turn. The nice lady behind the desk even remembers me every time I come in. These people care about their customers and what they do.

came to Sooper Lube for a basic oil change. three employees looked under my hood I figured if they had a problem they would tell me but nobody said anything.they all took turns getting something loose from under my hood. Thirty min later one employee said the cover of the oil filter had broke and ordered another one it will be there soon I said ok.10 min later Another employee aproched me and told me I had to pay 50.00 dollars to replace the filter. He said the person who changed my oil befor put the cap on to tight. I told him I don't feel I should have to pay for it and he got upset and told me that I am going to pay for it. I called the police the cop agreed with the employee that I should pay to replace my cap, the cop said he also gets his oil change at Sooper lube an things like this happen sometime.They flushed my engineering twice cause pieces of the cap feel into my engin.if they could not remove cap why would you keep trying. I was told my car towed or have cap replaced

Excellent customer service. Being female, I am always hesitant to deal with an auto repair shop. Chuck explained to me the possible problems my vehicle was having and what their fixes would be. He even showed me what a part looked like and discussed with me how the part normally fails. A little education is always nice. At no time did he talk to me like a child or an idiot. He was very knowledgeable and fair. Once the failed component was identified, they verified it was bad, then contacted me about the exact price for repairs. When I got the bill, it was exactly as they said it was. When I complimented the staff on their behavior towards myself (especially being female), they all sincerely chimed in saying they treat their customers as they would want to be treated. For the first time in my life, I am happy to say I have a regular auto repair shop.
