I own the business, we make great sausage, only the best ingredients, the casing's are special ordered, so they are very thin which is very important. We use no preservatives. We make 5 flavored sausage's, with fresh vegetables, rabbi, garlic, fresh tomato basil, roasted pepper, spinach. and our own recipe for breakfast sausage. We have an assortment of cold cuts. Best sausages ever!! My family buys 20+ pounds for our annual camping trip and we bring them to friends and family all over the east coast. They are a treat for everyone and ow our friends request we bring Tedescos sausages every time we visit. Yum!!!
