Spa Shanti

Have been to Spa Shanti several times for mani/pedi. Everyone is so nice! They all do a fantastic job!!! It is very clean. I feel very comfortable there. Love the warm neck roll and chai tea. Would absolutely recommend.

Just got an amazingly relaxing mani- pedi! The nail tech's name was Alissa, she was great.

I've had the pleasure of visting Spa Shanti on several occasions now and the place is fabulous! Everyone is always very pleasant and the atmosphere is very soothing. I was especially pleased with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms. If you really want to treat yourself, try the chocolate cherry facial. It left my skin looking healthy and oh so soft. Watch out though because you'll want to eat it! A definite 5 star experience.

Had a gift certificate so I ventured from my favorite place. My favorite place blows this one away! I had a pedicure and while waiting I was placed in a room to complete my paperwork that was messy and dirty. The nail tech was nice (can't say the same is true for the owner) but I had only an inch of water in the basin to "soak" my feet into and it became ice cold quickly. When I mentioned this, she had to refill the basin by filling a bowl of water from a sink and dumping it in! I've never been to a spa that didn't have water directly linked to the pedicure chair. That room was also messy. The service and nail tech were great but someone really needs to organize the mess. This is supposed to be a spa, and therefore should be calming and relaxing, not messy and chaotic.

A day of beauty at Spa Shanti is highly recommended!! The spa has such a homey feel. Dim lighting, peaceful music, aromatherapy, and soft-spoken staff help the worries go away. The services actually begin while you complete a brief health intake because at Spa Shanti you complete the form with a heated neck roll in the relaxation room while sipping sparkling water! What a great touch!! I've had a swedish massage, chocolate & cherry facial, as well as a mani/pedi combo. The massage was inidividualized to my specific needs. The room/table were warm and cozy. The chocolate and cherry facial was not overwhelmingly aromatic despite the name. The process left my skin glowing and wasn't too intrusive with extractions. Delicious! You sit in a "throne" for the pedicure & the services left my feet feeling silky smooth. Who knew there were so many organic, vegan, and/or pure products available. Spa Shanti has 'em all & other beautiful locally produced products (Alex & Ani, etc...).

My friend recommended you guys..all I can say AMAZING!!!! I come all the way from NY and I love it. The service, the people, the products, the atmosphere. It is a little slice of heaven definitely recommended for girl's days, bridal fun, pregnancy massages (which my friend had). I wanted to try out the new organic spa in Johnston and am very glad I did. I had a classic facial & didn't feel like I was in a "factory". The organic skin care line was much nicer than other organic lines I've tried & my skin felt great for days after. I can't wait to go back!!

My sister bought me an all-natural spa pedicure as a birthday gift and it was HEAVEN! The spa is beautiful and peaceful and the staff is warm, professional, and engaging. I almost fell asleep in the chair and have been getting countless compliments on my lovely toluene-free tootsies. Highly recommended - I will definitely be going back!
