The best time you will ever have! Great people, great workouts and great results! I have lost over 20 pounds and I am down two dress sizes! With motivational trainers, providing the correct kickboxing techniques and you add to that having fun; the final result = great physical shape!!
Rondeau's Kickboxing is a wonderful family gym. Both my children and I love going to class and working out with our friends. Everyone is very welcoming and willing to help you with anything you need. The trainers are professional and courteous. They really take their time in explaining the various techniques and how to do them. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone that is looking to try something new or add something different to their workout routine.
