Fast and wonderful service whenever I ve needed any repairs done on my jewelry. Having my ring sized only took about a day and doesn t have to be sent off like at other jewelry stores! Sales staff is always friendly and very helpful in finding exactly what I m looking for! Definitely recommend them!

Bowman Jewelers gave us great service when we had an emerald chip replaced in a ring given to us by an exchange student from Columbia 40 years ago. Bowman's sent the ring to 3 different specialists because the prongs were so tiny it was extremely hard to repair without other stones coming loose. After 4 months, Bowman's Jewelers called to say it was ready. When my daughter and I went by the shop to pick up this ring here grandmother was giving her for her 16th birthday, we had another surprise when Bowman's not only did not charge us for the repair since it had taken a while, but they also mad my daughter very happy by giving her a pearl necklace which she enjoys wearing a lot. My parents shopped at Bowman's for years, I always enjoyed going there with my dad for special occasions for my mom and now I have a wonderful husband who does the same for me! They always steer him in the right direction! We've never been disappointed and are always thrilled with our service!

Was extremely displeased with the professionalism at Bowman Jewelers. After thoroughly researching the product that I wanted, went there to discuss pricing. Was informed at one price they would receive no commission but was offered less later on in the conversation which seemed deceitful? After I mentioned the asking price was higher than value, I was told to "just give it back and you can go buy a new one." Save yourself some frustration consumers.

I was in the other day to buy a watch & I got a Raymond Weil, I didn't even know you could get them around here. The watch guy fitted it to my wrist & I was on my way! Everyone was very nice & helpful. I'd recommend then to anyone looking for high quality jewelry & watches!

Do anyone believe these things??? I know that I frequent Bowman Jewlers often so do the rest of my friends and family. I don't think they care who drives what kind of car at all or what you wear there. You can't even see cars in the parking lot from any of the store area. I have gotten repairs done there for the most part for years. I have never ever slurged on a Rolex or big diamond or anything even remotely close to that yet I find the service to be the absolute BEST Town. I have been treated like a queen. Really!!!

Rude, rude, rude. Go to Dempsey's... You didn't have to dress up or park your BMW at the front door in order to get service.

My experience was in bringing them a watch that could not be successfully repaired. The first attempt failed & then the second but I have no reservation in recommending them as a jeweler. They were very kind & explained the problem in detail.

I had a high end watch that was difficult to repair. I took it all around the tri-cities and Bowman Jewelers was the only jewelry store that could fix it. The sales people were curtious and customer service was great. The time it took for the repair on my watch was even sooner that I expected. I would recommend Bowman Jewelers to everyone.

Not sure why I was even at Dex knows today. But a chance to review bowman's and just had to give it 5 thumbs up. Have done business there for years.. I wouldn't have gone back it service was bad. They have beautiful diamond jewelry and take care of what they sale.. forever... from my experience at no charge!

I love Bowman's - they are always so helpful and friendly. My husband buys all my special surprises there ans Linda and the rest of the sales staff keep a history ofitems purchased on file so my new item is never ia repeat of something I have and they suggest coordinating pieces for the ones I have. They make my perfect thoughtful husband look even more perfect and thoughtful.

There is no place else in tri- cities I would trust with my diamond ring!I stopped in to get my ring cleaned and Rob Bowman cleaned it and check it under the scopeand the prongs were almost completely gone. I could have lost my diamond had he not offered to check it!!! I was happy for the advise and did as he suggested. This was on a Saturday and he had it ready on Monday! Great Service!

A few months ago, I went into the store looking for a nice watch for my husband's birthday. I was looking to spend a good amount of money as I was looking to purchase a Tag Heuer watch, but also a little something for myself. The woman who was assisting me continued to huff and roll her eyes as I requested to look at different merchandise. I felt very uncomfortable and bothersome, so I left without buying anything even though I found a necklace that I loved. As I was leaving the parking area in front of the store, I noticed the woman from the store was getting into a car that another person was driving. She pointed directly at me, mouthed something to the other person who directed her attention towards my car and they shared a good laugh. I have shared this story with several other people since that incident. I have yet to talk to anyone with good things to say about their service experience at Bowman's.

Bought a watch band.When I tried to pay for it with cash, the lady (one of the regular employees-perhaps an owner), asked for my name.I declined; telling her since I was paying cash she did not need it.She could not figure out how to ring up the sale.She again asked for my name and said it was for my "benefit"in case I wanted to return the item. I told her the receipt would suffice.Finally, she asked co-owner Rob Bowman what do.He told her,she rang up the sale,laid my change on the counter, and walked away in a huff.Attitude is everything. I could have gone elsewhere, but chose Bowman Jewelers. Never again.
