This guy is a crook and he has no customer service. He "encapsulated" my crawlspace before I bought my house. The document from him stated encapsulation. At the time when I argued it he said it is under the descression of the contractor. After purchasing the house I had a real crawlspace professional from Charlotte diagnose my issues. I was told that this was not a encapsulation and there were multiple issues with the workmanship. I'm having to have it redone. When I brought attention to the issue to Allan Thompson, his response was "your an idiot". I had the issue verified by a company that has a national license to repair and treat crawlspace. Dont waste your money on this guy. He is just padding his wallet with shotty work and deception.
