Chips Place Automotive

For the past 20+ years, I've received nothing but honest, very reasonably priced service from these guys. (They kept my '92 Olds Cutlass on the road for 22 years!) They know what it means when you say, "nothing fancy... I just need it to run for the lowest price possible!" Luv 'em!

I used to use chips with no problem. Took them my van to fix for a shake it had.. They charged me 400$ told me it was ready . drive it 5 feet n the lot went back in and said it was not fixed. They acknowledged it still shook and said might b my tires. So I'm confused why did I spend 400$? Called and complained they didn't help me. They originally tried sell me brakes and roters which had just been done I opted out and when I picked up my van that wasnt having any brake problems now the pedal touched the floor. When I called him back in tears to complain about it shaking my original complaint he told me he'd b worried about my brakes because they were worse. Well I said I was unhappy with the front end work and he said you can bring it on but I'm not putting any my service men in it until you get your brakes fixed because they are unsafe. I took it to someone else who told me my brakes were fine but someone had emptied all my fluid out. These people are thieves and liars and refuse to fix what they were paid to without more money!! If you go their then definately don't be a young woman like me or they will take you any way they can like they did me. They knew I didn't know any thing and took advantage.. Good luck
