This place is very unprofessional. They will setup appointments and never show up, they don't send bills out in a timely manner, and the employees snoop through customer's homes while they're working. I would not recommend using this company to do anything.

We had a basement floor drain clogged. I called in morning and was told the plumbers were busy with job but they would call and let me know when they could come. I waited until 4 pm and called them again and the office was closed. I called the after hours number and talked to kind person who told me they would have Wes call me. At 7:10 pm Wes called me and told me he could come next afternoon. I told him not to bother. I do wonder if being a woman had to do with the lack of concern over waiting for him to call all day. Typical man blamed the nice secretary who took my morning call, Saying "she didn't say to call" I would also like to say that surely at mid-day he could have called and told me it would be the next day. I didn't expect to have the repair done the same day, just won't appreciate having to wait by the phone all day wondering what was going on. I Could have called another plumber if I knew it won't have been till next day but was not given that opportunity. Very disrespectful in my opinion and will not call them again. Shouldn't a business be concerned about keeping the customer's happy these days with money so tight? Apparently this company doesn't care about where it's next job is coming from. Sad, especially since it is a small town here.
