Todd's website states "Todd's Groundskeeping stands behind our customers with a quick response to any questions or concerns that may arise.

It is our job to worry about the outside appearnace (sic), so the customer only has to worry about the inside." Don't every complain to Todd about a poorly done job. He won't claim responsibility but instead will become accusatory, belligerent, and pompous. Look elsewhere for services.
