Chautauqua Pain Institute

I have been a patient going on I do believe 4 years now. As of this past year it has been near impossible to get a straight answer or an appointment. Due to taking on more and more patients it seems my pain is less important than others. For the past few weeks since my follow up from having the nerve burned on my left side prior to my follow up I cannot get a straight answer on getting an appointment. Why have a follow up when you do not follow through? It should not take this long to give a person an appointment.... If you no longer wish me to be a patient just say so. Also I am still receiving bills for a urine test at the cost of almost $900.00 dollars. Doctor Kortu's office does not prescribe me any pain medicine so I don't understand why I should even be giving your office a drug urine test. My primary takes care of all of this. Becoming very unprofessional.
