        It is clean, remodeled, close ...

        It is clean, remodeled, close to buses that travel to the E train and LONG ISLAND RAILROAD. Its across the street from a huge park and playground for the kids, and its close to public schools. For drivers there's assigned parking space, there's a laundry room on the premises, and terraces are available with apartments.
