        Seda Construction Company

        From the time I closed on my new home with seda construction in 2004 until today, 2014, I have had nothing but problems. Poor construction quality inside and out. Stucco, and windows were never installed properly and now I'm stuck with an un sellable house. I have spent thousands of dollars to hire professionals to determine my house has to be torn down to the studs and redone. I no longer have homeowners insurance ,and seda will not stand behind their warranty. Buyer beware!

        Poor quality of the construction, at least I saw 7-8 townhomes who had a major leaks on the back and front, cracked drywalls inside the house, squeaking floors, cracked siding, community gate broke almost every week, SEDA representatives unprofessional, ignorant and rude, usually if you complain to much it will send you threaten letter from the SEDA’s attorney. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!
