        Overall

        Nicole is a most knowledgeable person. She knows just about everything when it comes to pools. Including intricate internal parts and assembly of pool pumps, also knowledgeable in pool chemical, etc. I would highly recommend dealing with her if you have a technical problem. During a DIY pump repair, I had installed the shaft seal backwards which ended up in a spectacular pump repair fail... and when I discussed this with her, she immediately diagnosed the problem and even instructed me in the correct way to orient and install the internal part. I give her nothing less that 5 stars!! If I could give here more than that I would.
