        Overall

        Promised a quieter AC and its a bit louder. prices are high and we had to call the city to come inspect it ourself. Very sloppy service. Charged us 2500 more by accident and we had to call multiple times to get the money back. Installation people were very friendly but had to come out twice because they didn't have all the parts. When the service person came out they told me to reset the thermostat myself. Isn't that why you call them.

        Will not buy another AC from them.

        I wanted was so thankful to find you & an honest bunch of people when I was in such despair... I understand (from what my uncle told me) that Cooks Air was very professional and made him feel very comfortable. My heart was aching... They simply just took care of it in such a timely manner!!! Its greatly appreciated, thanks to Cooks for being so kind to my dear family!
