        Went to Smallwoods for parts and instalations for years. Then I bought a new rv from a competitor. Manufacturer recommended Smallwoods for warentee work because they sold my brand and were an approved repair service facility. They put me off for a few weeks. (just too busy). Finaly one of their employes told me that they wouldn't work on it because I did not buy it from them. I complained to the manufacturer and they recommended another sales and repair shop nearby who promptly went to work on it. I wouldn't recommend Smallwoods.

        I'm keeping it simple we took our camper to Smallwood's to be repaired they did nothing to fix our problem and charged us for it when we found out it wasn't fixed they refused to do anything about it and lied about it on their page then blocked me from getting back on because they knew I could prove they were lying if I could give a minus I would
