Jackson Regional Office - U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs

There's a lot of racial discrimination going on here even on cliams and when you attend c&p exam's the federal government need to investigate im not the only one feeling this way just speak with minority vets smh.

I am also a disabled veteran, and I must say. That anytime a hospital can't give you a phone number to the regional office, and it's next door... Kinda makes you feel that they don't work together, OR they have something to hide.

This has to be up there with "Worst VA in the US"... I just got off the phone with the rudest lady, sounded like she was angry that I was even calling, interrupting me,etc..and the thing is, EVERY time I've called them through the years it's always the same: they give you the run around, can't answer the simplest questions, and are just downright rude! Who supervises these people? I am 100% Disabled Veteran and to be treated with such disrespect is outrageous. I actually think they are worse than the Phoenix VA (and that says a lot). I won't stand for it anymore. My wife has witnessed it first hand. Formal complaints will be made. Seeing the above comments, as well as my experiences, it is obviously an issue that needs to be addressed. No Veteran EVER shoutld be treated in such a fashion.

Jackson Mississippi has the worst VA office in the United States. No one in the office work they just bounce you around and can never answer any question.

Wish there was a zero! AWFUL!! Everyone as I got bounced around, on speaker phone rude as he'll, and not wanting to help. No wonder why we don't go to the VA. CRAZY! Can't get help, they should be ashamed of themselves.
