Baptist Medical Center

My husband, James McCommon, was a patient in Baptist ER on September 1, 2020. We had a very long wait. We were there from 3:30 PM until almost 10 PM. We got caught with the change of shift; plus the blood laboratory lost the original draw of blood. The second shift arrived and things began to move a little. Megan was his nurse and very efficient as was Dr. S. Jones. Thank you to Ms Mattie at the front desk: she was very helpful and friendly. Thank you to these three ladies!

Don't work for them. Human resources is a joke their. They are very unprofessional and it is filled with women that are trying to get ahead and will step on anyone that gets in their way. They don't know what they are doing their. And to many personal opinions instead of professional. I am just shocked that they continue to work their, and get away with things you wouldn't believe.

Baptist Hospital is a excellent place for healthcare. I've visted the ER and has been hospitalized and number of times. Also, my 89 yoa mother was diagnosed with breat cancer, my brother was critally ill, my daughter just delivered a baby at the Baptist. I really have no complaints. When you walk down the halls employees says hello or good morning without knowing your why you are visiting the hospital. Patient care and bedside manners, should be a course given by the Baptist to other hospital. I could go on and on, but I rate Baptist 10 stars for their quality of care. God be with you all and he's already blessing all of you.
