The Laundry Station

Worst place ever. The employee was completely rude, washing machines dirty. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Don't waste your time or money here.

I used one of their large dryers and it melted a pair of lounge pants and shirt into a ball, melted the elastic on my socks so they puckered at the opening and the dryer was so hot it melted the tags on my scrubs.The attendant was frustrated because she was having issues with another dryer and stated this was the last thing she needed... uh.. sorry your dryer ruined my clothing. I left my phone number and have called twice and have not heard back from the owners.. it's been a week, I am so disappointed in the owners of the Laundry Station, no one is that busy that they can not reach out to a customer. I normally go to Save Time because it is so much cheaper and the attendants very friendly and helpful..

My emotional support animal was required to stay outside, attendant was very rude and discriminate towards my husband, my child and me. I m very disappointed and will be sure to make it a point to take my business else where and encourage others to do the same.

I went to the Laundry Station at aprroximately 6:25 p.m. and used one of the triple-loaders. When I retreived my laundry at 7:05, in was dripping wet. The attendant watched me put out my laundry and saw the standing water still in the machine. Apparently, this machine has a tendancy to do this, but since it doesn't happen "all the time", that was no "OUT OF SERVICE" tag. She wanted to use the Extract function on another machine, but they were all in use. I was invited to wait on one of those, but told her I needed to be home by 8:00. She called her manager to ask him what to do. After she hung up, she gave me 8 quarters and told me to dry it longer. I was told to dry my dripping wet clothes longer. Evidentally, this was the best the manager could do to appease a frequent customer. To make matters worse, when I returned to pull out my still wet clothes, someone else was using that same machine! It's too bad that it's more important to get the money while the machine is working than worry about inconveniencing people when the machine is not. Here's an idea: FIX THE MACHINE!!! In the meantime, I'll be going somewhere else.



I will admit that the staff are really nice, and prior to this, I've had very few complaints.
