Scammers is all they are they promised my bill. Didh bill would be cheaper and they would pat my disconnect fee from direct tv and i gave them $100 cash( dumb me brain fart) and they promised me free netflix.. Weel no cheaper bill no refund for early disconnect & no netflix. Wont return calls and phone is disconnected. They change there business name but stay at same adress on Michigan ave in jackson. Dont fall for their scam!

I worked at this company for 2 weeks. They never even paid me. While I was asking how to better help the customers, they would literally tell me to just make something up, as long as it got the customer to set an appointment for a tech to come out to their house. When the tech arrived, he honestly didnt care about you or what you wanted to keep.

I just thought I would speek out about this company since I worked for them. One of the worse experiences of my life, and like I said before, they never paid me. I had to file a wage complaint claim. Screw these people.

They are scams just google juston c. Eidenier n u will c ryan dixon do t run the business juston runs it just n ryans name bc he cant have a business bc hes a scam artist.no wonder u get no calls back u should see the people he hires,he will hire anyone,juston goes by very many different names and he dont care who he screws over aslong as he gets a big pay check,he had to move the business from hillsdale to jackson hhmmm. Wonder why, hes awesome at manipulating people hes really good at it but its all lies ive listen to him for yrs on how to do this n that so yeah dont trust them only thin they care about is getting someone to switch thats what gives there pay check after that they wont do nothing for u. My mother almost fell for this company's scam. A chunky women named Brenna (as my mom described to me and the bank) came and did a sales pitch to my mother on cable. She asked to see my mothers check book. Brenna wrote some information down and said she would be back on the following tuesday to collect a payment. Once my mother told me this I called the "company" and told them that I didn't want their fraudulent business. Then we went and cancelled her bank account. Looked into who own the business. The business is Ryan Dixon or Juston Eidener. Couldn't tell because one is on the building name and one is on company's ownership per The BBB. DO NO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM. RESEARCH BEFORE BUYING.

It is very unfortunate that all of these negative reviews are being posted about Midwest Digital. Especially considering that most of them aren't from actual customers that have signed up for service through the company, but rather from a jilted ex girlfriend of an employee, who is simply trying to negatively affect his life and livelihood. She has no actual knowledge of Midwest Digital's business practices, or any other aspect of how they conduct relations with their customers. It is reprehensible that someone would make FALSE negative reviews about a company, simply because of her own feelings towards an employee, that simply have nothing to do with this business.

fyi anybody can save 50$or more on a bill,ryan dixon,charles Gentry,is all juston c Eidenier just type his name juston c. Eidenier in google and you will see the type of trust and honestly he goes by. He closed satellite shope "Mr.Eidenier " did n hillsdale bc of files of credit card fraud....All these people saying goods things is employed by him and is made up.

I THINK THEY PREY ON SENIOR CITZENS, THE SALESMAN IS A PATHALOGIC LIAR. THE PEOPLE I IN THE OFFICE ARE JUST AS BAD, THE ONLY TIME THEY RETURN YOUR PHONE CALL IS WHEN YOU MENTION YOU WILL CALL YOUR LAWYER.THE MANAGER NEVER RETURNS YOUR PHONE CALL. IF THE SALES MEN CALL YOU HANG UP.THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR RATING,MAYBE 1/4 STAR

This business is hardly a business at all. The "owner" is hardly around due to the fear of harm that may come to him from angry customers or people in which he's screwed over to the extent of them wanting to do so. When he is there, you may smell the strong aroma of alcohol radiating from his pathological lie speaking mouth. Or possibly notice side effects of a pharmaceutical in which he is not prescribed to. He doesn't care about anyone but solely himself. His employees work in wonder, if they'll get a paycheck week to week, or if they'll even have a job come payday, and if they do, the amount on the check is never the amount promised or earned for whatever nonsensical reason he wants to provide that day. Think twice before doing a deal with this sattelite tv devil.

Just got my dish network installed, switched from direct tv who was charging me $100 for the same thing i could get at dish for $60! Plus the installers and customer service was great. Thank you midwest digital.

These guys are lies they promise you anything at time of sale the give u none of it plus no free instalation they lie, lie,lie plus no response left 2 messages with lady. Stay away I tried to cancel dish 1 hour later they want to charge 400 dollars. Liers, I researched later looks like they operate out of their home. Now I'm fighting with dish.

i love this company the installers show up on time and the lady's at the office are great!

Satellite TV installer. Can't get anyone to return my calls. I am thinking I made a mistake by doing business with them. They PROMISE something and don't show up on time or at all .. and won't return calls. Employees and company seem to have little integrity.
