Hairbenders

I have been going here for years. I take my children here as well. It is unfortunate that someone had a bad experience but I know for certain that no one would have treated her badly. Sounds like mis-communication to me. This is the best salon in town!

I also have been going to Hairbenders for many years and when my stylist moved to the new location we all followed because we have never been anything but very happy with everything we've had done. My whole family and many of my friends go to the girls at both shop. They have always returned my message in a timely manner and they are always very friendly!!! I agree with the last review that there had to be some kind of misunderstanding and its a shame that people have to be so cruel and post things on the internet that just cannot be true! Probably someone from another salon!

I do not agree the previous review I have been going to Hairbenders on page ave for many many years. I refuse to go to any other hair salon to get my hair or nails done! The previous review was probably just a mix up through the phone because there are two salons Hairbenders and Hairbenders Too! I have recommended so many people to Hairbenders and they all have been more than satisfied with their work! Do not be cautious to go to this salon they are deffinetly the best in town! They will not let you down!

I made an appointment at Hairbenders a week ago. When I called to make an appointment at Hairbenders, I asked if this is the Hairbenders on Page in Jackson. The woman that took my appointment told me it was. When I arrived at Hairbenders for my appointment, the place was dark inside and knowone was arround. I called Hairbenders at both of their phone numbers. One phone number was continually busy and at the other phone number, I left a message on their voice mail. A week went by and knowone called me, after being stood up for the hair appointment. One week later my so-called stylist wakes up, that I had an appointment with her. She acuses me of going to the wrong location and is very mean and sassy with me over the phone. I didn't even had a chance to tell her, that I verified the Jackson location with the woman that took my hair appointment. All I can say is, if the stylists and receptionist in their businesses continue to service future customers like this, they will not be around for very long. Thank God. I didn't deserve to be verbally abused when all I wanted to do was give their establishment my business. To potential future customers, all I can say is watch out!!!!! These people are very unprofessional and wouldn't think twice about wasting your valuable time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
