Island Lake Car Wash

I've always come to this car was to wash my truck, but today will be the last time. Whoever was working (creepy-looking guy with a pony tail), was a total jerk. I was with my 10-year-old son who was helping me, but he accidentally locked the keys inside the truck, along with my phone. My wife was 5 minutes away to bring me the spare, but the man working at the car wash gave me a hard time and didn't give me a chance to ask to borrow a phone - according to him, he needed to call his boss because I was taking up a bay, and call the police because I was locked out of the truck. While I was figuring out the situation, my son was petting the worker's dog which was outside. The worker started yelling at us to not touch his dog. Why bring your dog to work at a place with people, if you don't want anybody touching him?



I came home to find out that my mother-in-law had an unfortunate incident with the same man a few weeks before. While putting her credit card into the automatic bay, he came over and tried to take her credit card to put it in. She told him she could do it herself, and he asked her why she didn't want him to do it - it wasn't until my father-in-law chimed in from the backseat of her van to say that she could do it that he backed off. He wasn't wearing anything that indicated he was an employee of the car wash, so he could have been just any creep trying to steal a credit card or hassle a woman who appeared to be by herself.



I tried calling the listed phone number to speak with the owner or manager to let him/her know of the issues, but nobody answered.
