        Overall

        We were a customer of Pinnacles for almost a year and all of a sudden they decided that they didn't want to service us anymore. No one called to let us know this and it wasn't until I call for a delivery that I was informed of it. Gave me 2 day notice to get propane before large winter storm. Beware if you ever use this company. They will leave you high and dry. Shelia Clifton Gatlinburg, TN
