Fairbanks Insurance Brokers

Our previous broker was having an incredibly difficult time getting us a (affordable) Workers Comp policy so our license wouldn't be suspended through the state board and was referred to Fairbanks Insurance Brokers by another fellow sub-contractor on our job-site. Prior to receiving a quote we checked them out online (great reviews) and visited their website (VERY helpful and informative) before placing a call and speaking with a very sweet and helpful lady named Lynne. After going over the basics she passed the call to the owner of the company to really break down all the bells and whistles for us. I will have to say that I was VERY impressed with how knowledgeable he was and how thorough he explained the functionalities of how Workers Comp protects and operates. Jason (Fairbanks) made it very easy to understand the importance of carrying a policy and the absolute severity the State of California penalizes you for NOT carrying it. He worked on it for about a half hour or so before calling us back with the great news we were hoping for. He got us a great LOW rate through an A-Rated carrier on a "PAY-AS-YOU-GO" program with NO money down. He issued certificates to our project owners AND sent one (electronically) directly to the CSLB all within an hour or two from start to stop. (very freaking impressed!) We are grateful to our friends for the hookup and pleased how quickly he pulled this off for us saving our license from suspension and getting kicked off the job. We will be moving all of our insurance over to them once it renews and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to other contractors in need of coverage and good service!

All ways give me great prices and goes the extra mile fells like his your personal broker I will never change Jason. He works hard to get your business and when he has it he does not step down his game.

What people don't realizes is that is how most Brokerages make there money is by selling you a low cost policy and charging you for everything else that you forget to read in the fine print! NO FINE PRINT WITH FAIRBANKS! They get you exactly what you need for a great price and waste no time issuing the Certificate free of charge when you need them!

Impeccable Service! I had a job I needed to bid with in 24 Hours and my license still needed to be reactivated. I called Fairbanks Insurance Brokers and spoke to Jason Fairbanks (The owner) and found me a Contractors Bond ($69.00 a year) an A Rated General Liability Policy ($45.00 a month!) and a Workers Comp Policy for my employees all with in 30 minutes! TALK ABOUT SERVICE! He was very knowledgeable and an extremely likeable person! He explained he used to swing a hammer also so he felt the compassion and importance of getting all the coverage's needed to bid my job ON TIME ,EVERY TIME!I highly recommend him to every Construction Company, Contractor & Artisan in the State Of California!
