California Pacific Homes

I visited a sales office to view their Jade Court model homes.I was not dressed nicely that day. Obviously I did not look like a person who will likely buy a house. The sale rep was down right rude. She treated me in a way so differently from other people she was talking to that I was embarrassed in front of my kid. The sales rep seems to prescreen visitors by their appearance and don t bother to be polite to unlikely buyers. I wrote a letter about this to VP of Sales and HR . I purchased my current home from California Pacific Homes and I mentioned that in the letter. Yet, California Pacific Homes did not even bother to reply. Will the company like this be able to build homes in honest and trusting way ?
