        The way he talks about customers behind their backs and the way he takes shortcuts in the way he flies off the handle I wouldn't recommend him not one iota!

        Prompt, expert service.

        Called James on a chilly Saturday morning to check out a hot electrical smell and loss of power in our mobilehome. He arrived within a half hour of calling and quickly located and repaired the burnt connection under the trailer. Now we have the peace of mind to know it is properly hooked up.

        Have called 2 times, the first return call stated he would be here "some time this week." Two weeks later called again. "Will be there tomorrow between 8:30 and 9AM" Stayed home all day. Still hasn't been here or called. I called and said, "don't bother comming"
